As a result of all these dynamic skills, Va’rai has an extensive history of connecting the right people/organisations, promoting brand growth, fostering company culture, & elevating business strategy by providing proven solutions necessary for people and/or organizations to thrive. She provides this with hands-on personal guidance while consulting to ensure sustainable success. Advising some of worlds high level executives, top private sector firms and dynamic social impact initiatives including but not limited to; The Children’s Society, Safehouses, Shell, London Electricity, Google x I Am Remarkable, Watts Community Centre, Hillsong Church (London & Los Angeles).

After winning achievement of the year award numerous times presented to her at the House of Lords in London, Va’rai has accepted numerous speaking engagements throughout the United Kingdom. Most recently Va’rai won ‘The Most Innovative Consultant’ at the Influential Business Women Awards for 2023. She is available to travel worldwide for new speaking engagements and consulting sessions.
